Today on Ask Ashy

1. Do you think humanity will go extinct? How and when do you think it will happen?
I believe in the scientific hypothesis that all the stuff happening out there is still just the initial explosion of the universe, planets are shrapnel, suns are sparks. And when the explosion is done explosioning there will follow an age of eternal cold darkness that will be an inconceivable amount of time longer than the trillions of years that came before. Like, a number of years we don't have a fucking name for yet amount. If humans will survive at all until that time, we will need to start creating our own heat and light without the benefit of the natural forces we have now. Most likely we will need to burn stuff. Problem is, the age of darkness is so long, every flammable thing in existence will be burned and re-burned before we even reach a halfway point. So extinction is a given. It's just a matter of will we witness the age of darkness, or will we kill ourselves long before that? We're well on our way for the latter.

2. Is there a problem or situation for which you could use some advice?
Not presently... and if such a situation rises I'd just... get advice. I know google, I know other humans, I know books... the information is out there and I'll grab it.

3. Has your gut feeling or first impression about something ever been wrong?
For sure. That's why I tend to give people a chance to prove me wrong.

4. What is your catchphrase, or something you find yourself saying often?
Nature takes it's time, and still accomplishes everything it needs in due course.

5. At a party, are you the social butterfly who chats with everyone, the intense conversationalist who gets really deep with someone, the person who showed up for the snacks, the person getting drunk, the person dancing, the host, the person hanging around the edges and not talking much, or someone else?
I'm generally hanging around the snacks or the edges, though I am evolving more into a dancer. Just let the music move my body and not give a fuck about how weird I might look.

6. A stranger is inhabiting your body for the day. What are some tips you’d give them?
If the knees hurt you've either been sitting or standing too long, gotta alternate. The stabbing chest pain is just precordial catch, not a heart attack, nothing to worry about. If you don't ingest enough caffeine in coffee or coke form, you'll get headaches and mild withdrawal. The legs are made for short sprints, no endurance running. If the hands tremble, get vitamin B12, if the legs cramp, get magnesium. If none of that works, have a nap, that's pretty much a system reset.

And IF you commit crimes using my body, it will be the last body you ever see.

7. Are you currently waiting for something? What are you waiting for? What are the best and worst possible scenarios?
Nop, just lazing about.

8. Is there someone you knew once but have lost touch with? What happened? Do you know where they are now?
Everyone from school. Could not give a fuck where they are now. Except one female friend in elementary who now has a relationship with a guy that sort of looks like me and has my taste in music and movies... so that's a bummer.

9. What is something you love, but can’t recommend to anyone you know because you know they won’t like it?
I have no idea... people are nuts, I think everything I like at least one other person I know likes... Maybe tortellini with teriyaki sauce, there's no one I've confirmed that loves it... but there may be a few.

10. Who was your childhood hero? Do you still look up to them? Why or why not?
I had no heroes, that's why i spent my adult life trying to be one.

dolphy, dolphin plush.
3. If you had a pet parrot, what would you teach it to say?
Good kitty.

Chicken, honey, coctail sauce, lettuce, tomato.
5. If you could attend any celebrity wedding, which would it be?
Jimmy Carr or something, a comedian with comedian friends.
6. Have you ever made a prank phone call?
Accidentally. So me and a friend were in a bar playing around, and there was a payphone there. For whatever reason we picked it up, dialed the emergency number, hung up. A few minutes later we get yelled at. And that's how I learned you can call the emergency number on any phone connected to the network, even without any money, and it'll go through. Yeah, they called the bar's main phone to tell on me.
7. What does your last text day?
Aight

3. What language do you find most interesting?
4. What do you consider to be the funniest thing you have seen this year?
5. Do you prefer cold weather or hot weather?
6. Do you have a custom toy? (engraved, DIYed, etc)

1. What part of world history is most interesting to you?
Never delved deep into history, but I do find it interesting that at some point we started using lead in everything, lead poisoning can create violent tendencies, and that era was marked by the two world wars. One of the positive things attributed to Hitler was even Volkswagen, an affordable car for the people, which at the time would've used leaded gasoline. So maybe one of the bloodthirstiest periods in recent history was caused by us not knowing how dangerous lead is.
2. What food thing would you most like right now?
Ribs.
3. What language do you find most interesting?
Well, out of the two languages I know, I like English the most. I'm mainly fascinated by the fact that there's so many languages. Its inherent use is to connect people, and yet it created so much division.
4. What do you consider to be the funniest thing you have seen this year?
My cat discovering catnip.
5. Do you prefer cold weather or hot weather?
Hot weather for sure.
6. Do you have a custom toy? (engraved, DIYed, etc)
I have a pacifier that says 'kitty' on it, given by a previous online Domme who called me kitty.

Which colours could you dress fully in? So all items in that colour? Describe them.

Pink, got a onesie... i could probably do blue and black, both those in just pants, t-shirt and sweater...that's pretty much my colors. The pants screw it up, i only own jeans. Blue jeans and black jeans.

2. What is a thing you have found silly recently?
3. When engaging in a bet, what is your favorite part?
4. Do you have a favorite super hero/who?
5. Do you have a favorite mythological animal/which?
6. What was your favorite game to play when you were young? (board game, video game, with toys or friends whichever is most fitting)

Ooh, forgot to do these!
1. What is a thing you have found funny recently?
Chat music making songs from the hate comments on the snow white movie trailer.
2. What is a thing you have found silly recently?
Me forgetting I had questions waiting.
3. When engaging in a bet, what is your favorite part?
Winning. I tend not to make bets I can't win, unless they're kinky, but I've never done kinky bets, so...
4. Do you have a favorite super hero/who?
Spiderman... which is really saying something considering I'm arachnophobic. I am however getting fatigued by all the different movies and versions of him. I just don't have the space in my heart to love the Tom Holland movies, no matter how much I want to.
5. Do you have a favorite mythological animal/which?
Nine tailed fox, because it looks cool af.
6. What was your favorite game to play when you were young? (board game, video game, with toys or friends whichever is most fitting)
I've spent literal years of my life playing world of warcraft.

1. Which Spiderman movie was your favourite? (agree too many now)
2. What is your favourite thing about World of Warcraft?
3. What is your current favourite song?
4. Would you consider a kinky bet you might lose?
5. If you had to set up a new human colony on a new planet which would you choose and why?
6. Has there been a movie/tv show that has really disappointed you in the last few years?

1. Which Spiderman movie was your favourite? (agree too many now)
The second Toby Mcguire one, with doc oc. Great fight scenes, and great depiction of the burden of a double life.
2. What is your favourite thing about World of Warcraft?
That it's a world where I could be more than I am in real life. It's rules are simpler, and you're set up for success. Real life is just struggle after struggle, and there's no win.
3. What is your current favourite song?
Citizen soldier - Wired for worthless.
4. Would you consider a kinky bet you might lose?
Chance games where I can't rely on strategy. Chess too, I'm so bad at chess for some reason. I'd do those for kink, but I wouldn't bet money on them, for example. Different for stuff like connect 4 or tic tac toe, I'm above average at those. Bets that rely on physical skill or endurance are also a big loss risk.
5. If you had to set up a new human colony on a new planet which would you choose and why?
I'd colonize Pluto's heart and create an exclusively kinky society.
6. Has there been a movie/tv show that has really disappointed you in the last few years?
I can't get over what they did with the last resident evil movie. They had already pissed off so many people by moving away from the videogame lore, but I liked them as their own thing. Then, after teasing an absolutely amazing final movie, they make the monstrosity they did. Betraying not just the game lore, but their own. Actually retconning several events from previous movies, and dismissing the teaser from the last movie with a single throwaway line. All because they didn't want to wait for some actors to finish other projects and return to their RE roles.

What instantly makes you feel like a child again?

What do you think happens after we die, if anything?

Have you ever written a thank-you note?

What is your perfect meal? Describe it—everything from the company to the setting to the music to, of course, the food.

What are people not grateful enough for?

What is the smallest thing that can ruin your day?

What’s something you’ve done so many times, you could do it with your eyes closed?
Sleeping :P
No srsly... making cigarettes, sadly...
What instantly makes you feel like a child again?
Going to a circus. Always a fun time.
What do you think happens after we die, if anything?
I have this little hypothesis that we literally live on in the memories we leave behind. So if we were nice a lot then we get nice memories and that's heaven, but if we were bad people we get to live in hell.
Have you ever written a thank-you note?
Yes, sometimes people need to know that their efforts are seen and appreciated.
What is your perfect meal? Describe it—everything from the company to the setting to the music to, of course, the food.
There is me and no one else, at my desk watching fun youtube vids, eating the chicken curry pizza from the local pizza place that got put out of business when dominoes opened up here. And a large coke.
What are people not grateful enough for?
There is a caviat to this, but the lack of jobs. It is bad because jobs = money and money = the means to stay alive. But when you think about it, the fact that humans need to work less to produce all the things our society needs should be a good thing! Less work should be the goal, but as a society we just have no plan for how to run a balanced society if not everyone has to work 40 hours a week.

We cling to this stance of if you don't work you're a leech on society and you should starve to death. And with the evolution of technology and now the birth of AI there are entire sectors where humans will be largely phased out over the next few decades. And that should be amazing except for the fact that we don't want to feed or house the unemployed.
What is the smallest thing that can ruin your day?
Running out of coffee.
