Special posters have post cool-down specified, with no explicit exclusions for someone else posting. You just have to wait the specified time.
Edit: @Lumi Read this. Please sift through what counts and what doesn't.
 
I posted early I think oopsies :3 but only post every 30 minutes unless you are listed under the 'special' people hehe like me ^-^ (not cus I like to suck cock or anything..)

"All non-special posters can post once every 30 minutes, or after someone else has posted. You can only post to add chastity time. I am satisfied with Lumi's counters, Stage 3 is mostly about chastity." This is at the bottom a little hard to spot
