The post cool-down mentioned has to do with any contributing post. Also, the CHASTITY keyword is implied by any post, because every post (exlcluding ones that break the cool-down rule) contributes to the chastity timer. "Every single post will contribute one hour to Lumi's chastity cage time. For each post, 1 hour will be added to her chastity time."
Edit: The CHASTITY keyword is good for those that can't use Stage 2 keywords, because that's the only 'keyword' they can use.

I'm confused? what am I missing?

How does the cooldown work for special posters? Is it 10 minutes for a double post but if someone else posts that's fine right? or Do I need to wait 10 minutes before posting keywords from round 2 and post chastity only?
