Im trying to lose a bit of weight. Problem is my food. I'm eating a LOOOOOOT of sweets and junk food and not drinking any water. As a result of that, Im gaining more weight than I should have, thought Im not overweight but I wanted to be more lean
So, since Im struggling to be consistent and eat healthy, I thought of adding rules, control and punishments if I fail. I hope that will make me more disciplined and make me eat healthy and drink at least 2l water a day.
If Im honest, currently, I don't even drink half liter a day, which I know is a problem of itself. I love juices and sweets too much I suppose.
First "easy" rule, I thought of, was starting with 1 liter water a day, I think that is more than achievable, as well as making healthy breakfast. Small steps.
I'm new here so not sure is it how this work, but from what I saw, I thought of updating this thread with current rules and progress. Any insights of rules I should follow, discipline or punishments to do if I fail a day, would be nice.
Note, since I'm new, my list of likes and dislikes and limits is short, until I try out more things
Rules:
1. No soft drinks till 5th of April
2. No sweets till 6th of April
3. From 6th of April Im allowed to eat sweets only after meal,
4. After every meal I need to put soaked cold wedgie for 1 hr and drink 150 ml of water afterwards
