Hi everyone

Im trying to lose a bit of weight. Problem is my food. I'm eating a LOOOOOOT of sweets and junk food and not drinking any water. As a result of that, Im gaining more weight than I should have, thought Im not overweight but I wanted to be more lean

So, since Im struggling to be consistent and eat healthy, I thought of adding rules, control and punishments if I fail. I hope that will make me more disciplined and make me eat healthy and drink at least 2l water a day.

If Im honest, currently, I don't even drink half liter a day, which I know is a problem of itself. I love juices and sweets too much I suppose.

First "easy" rule, I thought of, was starting with 1 liter water a day, I think that is more than achievable, as well as making healthy breakfast. Small steps.

I'm new here so not sure is it how this work, but from what I saw, I thought of updating this thread with current rules and progress. Any insights of rules I should follow, discipline or punishments to do if I fail a day, would be nice.

Note, since I'm new, my list of likes and dislikes and limits is short, until I try out more things

Rules:
1. No soft drinks till 5th of April
2. No sweets till 6th of April

3. From 6th of April Im allowed to eat sweets only after meal,
4. After every meal I need to put soaked cold wedgie for 1 hr and drink 150 ml of water afterwards

A somewhat longer rule for the next 7 days, you will eat sweets only directly after the food.
That means the moment you finished your lunch or dinner this is the only time you can eat something sweet.
To remind you of that you will eat something sweet and wear a cold wedgie for an hour after every meal.
Soak your undies or thong in water and wear them as a wedgie. After that you will drink 150ml. Since your body will need to get used to it at first.
For one week. Consecutively.

but for next 5 days once this expires, I will do exactly this, sweets only after meal

For soaking undies, maybe a stupid question, but please don't mind, so, if I wet it in water, they won't be cold for long no? I never did wedgie for long so Im not familiar. I think body temperature will get it normal in few mins? since they will be only soaked in water

No problem. You can either do 5 days or 7 days after the task from aussiedom.
Its not a problem if the wedgie gets dry or warm quickly - its more the wetness that reminds you of what you're doing for yourself

Wedgie and 150ml of water after meal are suppose to be done only if I eat sweets or regardless?
If it's regardless I can start from today
