I have thought about this a lot and when I bought my house 2 years ago I specifically bought this one because I thought the basement would make a great dungeon for hosting small parties although sadly I have done very little work to actually start building it out but my hopes is this

It would have a large area in the corner with a drain and shower head and water hose but not a isolated shower just a good spot to drain things

The whole thing would have a unfinished rough concrete floor for easy cleaning/hosing down

On the walls would have diferant restraint points including a X-cross there would be hooks and shelves for diferant toys and implements as well as printed erotic photos that have been taken from people doing scenes in the room. Once corner would be for more sensual things with a big round sex bed from liberator and one of there chase bondage chairs.

Also there would be a fridge for SNACKIES

the wall opposite of the bondage and shower area would be a small bar for making drinks

The center price of the room would be suspension points for suspension bondage

So far the only thing I have to make this happen is put in the suspension points in the center of the basement and it already had a bathroom with water hookups so we took the surrounding wall around that down to expose it and hooked up a hose to that area. Mine would be in 4 quadrants.

One quarter for WAM. Bathroom tile, no-slip floor, solid drainage. Some hooks and loops for bondage on the walls and ceiling. Black with gold accents. A lot of buckets, squirt guns, a professional grade gunge tank, a pool to make a mud/slime/whatever bath in... Yeah, that'll do.

Second quarter, all bed. Fourth quarter, Prep space. Wardrobe for all the sexy outfits, Soft couch, minibar. A woody beige, something neutral, inviting. Ooh, and a big cactus in the corner.

There would be the Bondage corner, this would need a Pillory, rings on the walls to tie someone to, maybe an X frame...and a table to tie someone down too (padded)

There would be the messy corner, which would have a small pool with steps going down, built in gunge tank at one end, shelves for supplies and a fridge, also a small kitchen area for prep and a shower area for cleanup, good drainage would be needed for the chunkier mess

So there I was writing a reply, when I figured basically my dream dungeon is what I have already - just bigger and more permanent.
For me it is all about versatility! I like to control and adjust the environment - temperature, lighting, sounds, scent, and haptics! I got different floor materials to walk on, different curtains as backdrops, mood lighting, speakers everywhere. There is trusses all around for attaching bondage gear, toys, and tools.
What would I add with unlimited funds?
First of all, my dungeon would be in space! Playing in weightlessness sounds like so much fun, and much more safe than any underwater shenanigans. Obviously that comes with a centrifuge, because the only thing more fun to play with than weightlessness is gravity working in strange ways!
Another room carved out of stone - an actual dungeon , complete with dark corridors, catacombs. Rustic decor, cages and a fireplace (mostly for setting the mood).
Lots and lots of storage and workshop space so I am always ready to create a new set just as my creativity demands.
Needless to say, shelves upon shelves of toys, impact implements, rope, kinky clothing in all shapes, materials and colors.
All of it easily cleanable, wanna be able to get messy, and just spray it all down with a pressure washer.
A separate room dedicated just for aftercare!

This room should be in the basement of an old Victorian mansion. It should still be warm and comfortable though as I would be spending a lot of time naked in there.

It should be all colored black and red with pretty much all the usual stuff as well as:

Unlimited funds? We'd either own a penthouse with it's own private roof garden not overlooked by any other buildings, or a woodland cabin. A pool or hot tub outside for gentler, more loving, vanilla visits. Archways or pagodas that look like they're for plants but hide multiple ways of binding me outdoors for my husband's enjoyment. A small shed perhaps that looks like it's for storing gardening tools but also has spaces for locking me in for the night, either to the wall or in a pet cage.

In the bedroom, or bedrooms, we'd have the Alter Ego beds that can be a regular bed or a pillory bed just by changing a few wooden slats. With unlimited funds it wouldn't be a dungeon/room, but a whole two floor mansion, on the top of a hill, with a lawn all around, surrounded by some woods, so outdoor activities will be far from prying eyes. A big porch is the connection between outdoor and indoor activities, and it's furnished with metal chairs and table, a swing (curious, there's a hole on the seat of the swing...), and a sort of wooden table that could resemble... oh my.. a pillory?


In the porch, as well as in the house, there are rings on all the walls and on the ceiling. The ones in the more private rooms clearly looking intended for binding something (or somebody?), the ones in the more public rooms looking simply like decorative elements.


On the ground floor there is a big entrance, like a wide corridor that splits in two the floor, running across the entire floor to the door that exits into the greenhouse. On the right of the entrance there is a big living room, with soft armchairs and sofas, and a big dining room. In both these rooms, besides the ordinary chandeliers, there are four adjustable spot lights, useful to lighten the protagonist of the games and shows when all the other lights are turned off. On the other side of the entrance there's the kitchen and the bathroom, and between them the stairs to the upper floor. On the first floor there are four wide rooms, two with pillar beds and two with normal beds and rings on the wall and the ceiling, and two bathrooms with shower stall and tub. In the pet's room finds place a big wardrobe full of sexy garments.


The greenhouse is the game room. A bit spacious could have a tiny seating area, with chair & table - so it can be used to tie you up to next to a bed only!
Maybe a couch with a small fridge and side table, so I can watch you struggle while being comfortable haha

Maybe it could have a roof that you can look through and blind also - it'll be pretty to be able to see the stars, but also have the opportunity to fully blind it.
