What do you think about this:
Whenever you want to take off some clothes you have to do it with a short strip tease. Take off clothes only one by one. Do some dancing moves. If possible strip in front of a big mirror.

Thanks for the suggestion, @hiddenlife. I think this would be a great task if if someone were to be spying on me, but probably not if I am 100% solo. Then its more burdensome than arousing and exciting.

Ok I understand. But if you liked the idea, maybe you can use this one:
Everytime you go out in public you need to present your body in a sexy way to strangers once. Do it like a supermodel would do. E.g. Perform a sexy walk or a sexy stretching of your body, look someone into his or her eyes and lick with your tongue over your lips in a sexy way, lean down with straight legs to present your ass ...

If yes, than how about this rule.

Is the changing room empty by entering, than you have to insert immediately a buttplug. If others there, than you are save this time.
If you have to insert the plug, than it stays inside until you are at home. Also after shower don‘t cover your body/ass for the walk from shower to changing room. (So that is a risk that your buttplug wearing get noticed)

I think it better youn wear the chastity belt as a rule 24/7. Keys in a lockbox secured with timer lock 7 days. You may remove it for an hour the 7th day at midnight only, once a week.

I think there is a potential for an add thread or some forfeits with the chastity belt.

I have not worn it for a while, tbh, but in recognition of your comment I will sleep in it tonight.
 
You must always be naked when sleeping and should you need to use the bathroom during the night you are forbidden any form of clothing while walking from your bedroom to the bathroom and vice versa.
 
Why not send lpv the key to your chastity belt. It probably wouldn't get lost in the mail.

How About something like this. Every fortnight you need to visit the friend who gave you the spanking prior. You receive a fixed number of punishmet strokes (?24 minimum) from the belt, or tawse when you get it. Number gradually increases each time. You wear the chastity belt throughout. If you manage to take the strokes you get unlocked. If not then you stay locked till next time and she keeps the keys till then. Meanwhile all the dares you have to do naked at home you still have to do but belted and risk being seen like that.

How about excising "at home" from "Not allowed to lock bathroom door at home".
So you aren't allowed to lock *any* bathroom door.

Every morning repeat all of your rules out loud to yourself in the mirror.
