Who here has permanently smooth OR permanently hairy genitals, and why?

Please stay on topic. This is not a general 'how to you keep your pubic hair' thread but specifically for the two ends of the extreme.

Please let us know in a comment if you either:
- always keep yourself fully smooth down there
OR
- never shave or trim anything down there

If you keep yourself permanently smooth, tell us how you do so.
Also please let us know why. Is it aesthetics, comfort, laziness, because your partner wants or something else? Or is it a permanent rule?

I don’t know if this counts as PERMANENT but I rarely trim down there, only if it’s gotten out of hand (as in the hair was approaching 3 in in length). Part of it is laziness. Shaving down there is a hassle, but another part is every time I have shaved down there, my skin gets very irritated for whatever reason so I mostly just keep it hairy.

I've been shaving myself for years. The areas that aren't shaved are kept trimmed short. I think it just looks better, reduces soreness for my partner and keeps chafing at bay.

So you actually don't shave your genitals completely then?

I'm a trimmer. I keep it short but just enough to show coverage and I use the same grade over the whole area.

I spend a lot of time locked and I found that shaving is my preference but the maintenance and itch levels are high. Letting everything grow out also just looks and feels messy with a cage on.

I do shave around the back, especially if I'm going to be wearing a plug or using toys.

Interesting to hear what others do.

Nope, balls, shaft, and taint get shaved everything else is trimmed close.

I used to get waxed, but the esthetician that I went to closed her shop, so I splurged for laser. Everything from my ribs to my knees is gone. Underarms too. It feels so much better to me, and more sensitive. The hair on my scrotum comes back pretty steady, though lighter, so I go about every five weeks for treatment.
