What are your weekend plans?

I've only heard of them in a forum, i'll have to look them up. I used to do 40k but too expensive

A lot of peeps unhappy with GW's business model practices of late have moved over. BattleTech's been going since the 80s, the Mechwarrior games are set in the same universe. You get "Alphastrike" the quicker play mode (~4-12 models per side), closer to WH in terms of detail or "Classic" which I played a bunch in the late 2000s, where you're full crunchy details tracking individual ammo, armour pips, internal structure and subsystem damage! For small scale battles (around 2-4 models per side, unless you have an entire afternoon + evening free!)

Aces is my first delve into the simpler Alphastrike ruleset, it has an AI opponent card deck / campaign system that I'm looking to play co-op against it. So pretty excited! once I get round to painting it all :ROFLMAO:

Tomorrow (Saturday) I will take a 'digital detox' day. Since I'm pretty much glued to my computer everyday, I figured it would be good to try and cut that out sometimes.

So I will take 24 hours where I am not allowed to look at any screen.

The only exception I make if I'm called by someone important or if I need my navigation in the car if I go somewhere.
I'll also make an exception for Butterfly if she messages me, because she is too important.
