Forfeit for the boys
Strip naked and cover yourself with a towel tied around yourself. Then do 30 jumping jacks. You cannot adjust the towel while doing the jumping jacks, so if it falls then you're stuck naked. If you're comfortable with it, record yourself and see how you do (within limits obvs)
