Skewers have all kinds of uses, these are not needle sharp points so can be used for sensory games. Poking, prodding, scrapping along the skin and so on. They also look menacing, good for setting certain moods.

At first i thought that you might use the skewers for nipple play or torture, but using them for sensory games makes it sound more fun.

And the tubes, seems also interesting the way you explain. Wonder what else is inside 😁

You're correct, the case isn't big enough for the spreader bar although I have been working on designs for a telescoping one.
And I'm in the process of making the cuffs to match the collar already shown.

You're not having much luck!
