Ya'll can decide amongst yourselves. If it helps, I have like 5 mag citrate doses in my fridge, but would have to go out and buy castor oil

Id say 4 ounces of magnesium citrate, you'll have no control all day

My bottles are dosed at 10oz/bottle, and each bottle is 1 dose. If mag citrate is what ya'll would like, I'll take a full dose one of my days (prob wednesday?)
