Updated chat to allow shift+enter for multi line.

Edit: Had to remove this until I figure out an issue some mobile users had where their enter key submitted new line so they couldn't send messages.

Kinky wonderland section now has two sub sections. General and suggestion and feedback. Also added featured item.
 
- Gave blog section a make over
- Added featured content to main forum section
- Added voice chat
 
Updated VC to a newer back end that should allow for better connection and sound quality and fix some bugs people were having. It no longer shows how many people are in voice chat but I will add that when I can.
 
Updated the VC from demo to prod so no user limits or anything. Forgot to make the change. For people this mean nothing it should just work now.
