Was it given to you by somebody else? or is this something that you have purchased for yourself and use on your own?

Yes I made that myself. It is the must rustic, rusty, crude, apocalyptic looking thing I ever wore. And I love every bit of it! Yes I sometimes close it with a laundry clip, that one's no good for anything else!
It is what I call my submission collar, putting it on just brings out that side of me and locks it in fairly tightly

I do love this it's very mad max/post apocalypse vibes. But I am curious what's the nipple clamps for? It doesn't seem to hang low enough to reach a nipple.

So I refer to nipple clamps as laundry clips / pegs / clothespins, and vice versa for I use what others call nipple clamps for securing launrdy to a line and clothespins for kinky stuff - far better suited that way if you ask me
There has to be some sort of hook on the collar to keep it closed, usually I use a small carabiner and perhaps a leash but some time ago I couldn't find any so this one got used instead. The clip is surprisingly sturdy considering how cheap the clamp was

not sure if this is the kind we are looking for, and I don't really use it... And it doesn't fit greatly anymore.... But I did make it and want to share it!!
Maybe someone else has a better one to share, that has more use than just being pretty....
