Seline has gotten a bit out of shape, so we're here to shape him up a little bit. He's not overweight (he's actually on the light side a bit) but he could use a better belly and ass, so let's get him there.
His main goal is to be able to run 5 kilometers (that's 3.1 miles for you imperialist bastards lol) in 25 minutes, so this thread is open until he reaches that goal. Sub-goals he set himself are to be able to do run 3km (1.85 miles) in 20 minutes after the first month and 5km (still 3.1 miles) in 33 minutes after the 2nd month, in 30 minutes after the 3rd month, in 28 minutes after the 4th month, and finally, doing it in 25 minutes after the 5th month. Until he can do this, we can keep giving him exercises in this thread.
Of course there will be punishment if he fails:
Failing goal #1: 3km in 20 minutes: No sitting for a week
Failing goal #2: 5km in 33 minutes: ???
Failing goal #3: 5km in 30 minutes: ???
Failing goal #4: 5km in 28 minutes: ???
Failing the final goal: 5km in 25 minutes: ???
And of course there are milestones:
100 posts: Buys a set of humiliating temporary tattoos of our choice and wears them
250 posts: Will eat from a bowl on the floor without using his hands for a week
500 posts: Will wear nipple clamps for 1 hour per day for a week
750 posts: No lying at home, except for sleep for 2 weeks
1000 posts: Must stand in heels for 3 hours per day for a week
1250 posts: ???
1500 posts: ???
1750 posts: ???
2000 posts: ???
As you can see, we are still some milestones and punishments short. Please suggest these in the thread!
But just WHAT do we add, you ask? Any exercises working towards a nice belly and ass, such as squats, glute bridges, planks, bicycle crunches, and Russian twists, all in sets of 10 per add. Have fun adding!
