Find a partner and challenge them to a game of rock-paper-scissors
Each player has 3 'lives'. When they lose a round, they lose a life, and have to remove something...
1st life lost: Losing player removes their clothes except their underwear
2nd life lost: Losing player takes off all their remaining clothes, leaving them completely naked
3rd life lost: Losing player removes all their pubic hair!
Special rule: If both players have lost two lives (so are completely naked), and both players throw the same (e.g. both players throw rock), then both partners lose, and both partners shave!
Optional rule:
To add a little strategy, consider having this rule:
If the winning player throws rock, they get to shave/strip the losing player
If the winning player throws paper, the losing player strips/shaves themself (while the winner watches of course!)
If the winning player throws scissors, choose at random which player strips/shaves the loser
Variation:
Have a different forfeit other than shaving. It can be different for each partner, but if the same thing is thrown when both partners are two lives down, both partners do their respective forfeits!
