Roll a D6 for each category
Dice 1. Clothes - top.
1,2. White sports bra that shows nipples.
3,4 .Thin light coloured crop top that sits just under your boobs when standing straight - no bra
4,5 .Thin light coloured open sided vest top - no bra
Dice 2 -Clothes - bottom
No underwear unless stated
1. Tight leggings/ yoga pants in a light material that shows cameltoe.
2. Small, tight shorts thay show butt cheeks.
3. Sports thong
4. Short athletic skirt with a regular white thong or g-string.
5. Short athletic skirt. No underwear.
6. Seamless tights/ pantyhose.
Dice 3: Where to get changed.
1. Get changed in the changing room, but outside of any cubicles.
2. Get changed in your car in the car park.
3. Get changed in the car park but not in your car. Leave your change of clothes in the trunk
4. Park up somewhere on the way to the the gym and get changed in your car
5. As 5, but get out of your car to change and leave your clothes in the boot.
6. Re-roll. But edge once between stripping off your clothes and dressing for the gym.
Dice 4: The workout (Optional roll)
The listed workouts are all 1 hour. You can choose to roll one of the workouts listed, just pick one of them you like or find another routine that works better for you, but aim for one that takes at least an hour.

Dice 4. During the workout
1 - After 10 to 15 minutes "accidentally" spill water down your top. Aim to make the top more sheer around your boobs.
2 - every 10 minutes (or every time you change equipment for routines using more than one piece of equipment) flash your boobs for 5 seconds
3 - as 2 but flash your pussy or ass for 5 seconds instead.
4. As 2 but pinch your nipples instead of flashing.
5. As 2 but alternate between flashing your boobs and your ass/pussy.
6 . Do 1 and 4
Dice 5. Changing room/ showers
1. Take your top into the shower and get it thoroughly soaked
2. Roll a d6. Edge that many times in the changing room or shower.
3. Roll a d6. Spank each ass cheek that many times.
4. Roll a d6. Pinch and twist your nipples and hold them like that for 5 seconds that many times.
5. Roll again. If you get 5 again do any 2 from 1 to 4
6. Roll again. If you get 6 again do any 3 from 1 to 4
