I was enduring a task from SilkySatin and was told to keep my arms parallel to the ground during a position hold, and was not able to keep them up during the allotted time.

As a punishment, I was told I have to post here and take punishments from you all.

Understood! Does the 6 hours mean that’s how long I have to be “in” for to allow people to message me in each of them?

It's both how long the must be worn and how long you are in the threads for. You may break it down into smaller sessions if you need to but the full 6 hours must be fulfilled.
