Personally I believe this is commendable since it shows I have the right priorities in life. Therefore, I should be praised and rewarded. But I can see how a dominant would disagree, in case feel free to tell me off and punish me.

Punish. It’s unhygienic of a sub to stew in their filth for that long, unless a dom wills it. I assume that you haven’t because you’re lazy or just don’t have any clean ones. As such, you will bind your arms to limit your range of movement, blindfold yourself, and hand wash each pair of your underwear. Furthermore, to make sure you do take your time, while you wash your underwear one by one, you will have to guess which pair of underwear is the pair you wore for so long and set it aside after you wash it. If you are right once you are done with your task and remove the blindfold, wash it by hand once extra time before you are free and can remove your restraints. If you are wrong however, you must write out “I will respect my clothing and my hygiene like I respect my doms.” One time for each pair of underwear you have.

Maybe that will give you future incentive to change in the future.
