BALLBUST and RUIN. you will do extra ball punches or clamp time to earn strokes to ruin. 2 ballbusts = 10 strokes. 10 seconds of clamps = 10 strokes. do the pain part beforehand. if you run out of strokes, take at least 30 minutes of a break, then try again until you succeed.
