Give a rule to follow for the person above you 
You can specify the time you'll follow the rule assigned to you. If you don't ... it's up to the person that assigned the rule
Examples:
- A: I'd like a rule for 2 weeks.
- B: Next 2 weeks, you must be naked at home. I'd like a rule for 2 days
- C: You must complete 500 strokes/day, no cumming !
- D: Without stimulation, you must watch 30min of porn/day, every day for a month.
...
