Once upon a time, a princess was snuggled up in bed, getting ready to go to sleep, when a random internet man slid into her DMs. This man was articulate, sweet and interesting. Must be AI! However, with even a few short messages, the princess was intrigued but regretfully was falling asleep. She promised to message the random internet man in the morning. As the princess slid off into dreamland, she never would have guessed that this encounter would lead to a dream come true (yeah, yeah super cheesy I know!)
When the princess arose, the first thing she thought of was the random internet man. This surprised her because her past encounters have been nothing special. They ranged from absolutely horrible to surface level connection. She had no expectation for a spark.
However, after only a few days, the random internet stranger, who she came to know as E, had made quite an impression. The more she talked to him, the more she realized how special he was. E had the biggest heart. He was incredibly sweet, hardworking, emotionally intelligent, kind, caring, funny, supportive and great at communication. (She also thought he was damn sexy!). The cherry on top of the whole package was that E was also kinky and wanted to explore his Dom side.
As good as this felt, the princess found herself feeling scared and hesitant. It had been years since she felt this sort of connection. Her heart was tender and she felt like she needed to fiercely protect it. E was so understanding and patient with the princess.
As feelings developed, E did not hesitate to share how he felt. It took the princess a little longer, but she finally admitted how she felt, and let E in completely.
Soon after, E asked the princess if he would be his girlfriend, and the princess’ heart exploded with love and she died.

Seriously though, the last few weeks with E have been a whirlwind. While I have been open to different types of connections, the search has not been very fruitful the last few years. In fact, the connections I have encountered have ranged from downright awful to boring/mundane or just surface level connection. Meeting E has been such a breath of fresh air.
I’ve already found my frog prince (Mr. Devious) but I think E is definitely my knight in plaid armor.
I can’t wait to see where this might lead. I have opened up my heart, and let E in. I fall for him more each and every day, and I am SO excited to explore our kinky side together as well.
