Work-In-Progress Media folders order when new content

It might not be much of an issue right now with the current amount of folders all appearing in one page, but when we upload new files into an already existing folder, it doesn't bring it to the top as it seems, which might become unpractical in the future when there will be pages and pages of folders : people won't see that someone uploaded a new picture if their folder was created way back.

Sir's toy hopes it makes sense. It would be neat if, in the long run, the folders were to go up whenever a new item is added, not just when a new folder is created.

@Pluky Changed it so it sorts by date last update was for a media album. So for example the two first ones were both edited on april 15th so now they are the first two.

Sir's album has two pictures added just minutes ago (so April 16th) and the album still appears behind.

@Pluky I added a new section in the side nav for media which sorts properly. The reason albums don't show newest media first is because the album just had things update and the way the sort works for albums is it updates by last albums update date. This date isn't updated when a new item is added to the album.

I might be able to write a custom php callback ill have to look into it.
