Random loses.

Winner sends loser 3 crossdressing dares with a part not disclosed. Loser picks two of them, then the winner reveals what the hidden part was. If loser does both dares then winner has to do the 3rd one. Crossdress dares to include panties and fishnets.
 
Toaster loses.

Winner picks a theme or outfit style the loser has to wear for 12 hours, buying it if they don't have it. Winner can also send a link to the outfit if they want.

Winner sends loser 3 safe or hidden public crossdressing dares with a part not disclosed. Loser picks two of them. then the winner discloses what the hidden part was. if loser does both dares then winner does the 3 one
 
Schroedinger loses

Winner dresses up loser as they like with whatever the loser has in hand. Winner can have the loser buy up to 2 items under $/€/£60 total. Winner also gives the loser 3 tasks to complete/do while dressed.

Loser sends winner a location they will visit for 2 hours (mall, nature trail, movie, shopping, dinner, bar, etc.)

Winner will create an outfit for the occasion loser must wear when going there. (Should be appropriately themed) loser can specify budget and stores.
 
Toaster loses.

I’m in same dare but loser has to strip out of the outfit at the location with proof.
