We all know the drill of loser has to. This one involves Anal.

Person 1 suggests a task/dare for the loser, player 2 accepts the challenge, and player 3 decides who loses and starts the new game.

Example:
Player 1: Loser wears a plug for 1 hour. I am in.
Player 2: I am in.
