Think of a different word for pause; You're right it's about a famous character, but it is not Sherlock Holmes :P Detective is a bit misleading but I found no emoji coming closer.

I am not entirely sure if everyone would call it a kink in and off itself. Some say it is, some consider it a practice within another kink.
