The idea is really simple. Each post (not counting my own) adds 5 minutes to my wedgie debt. You can post as often as you like as long as you don’t double post.

I have a hook in my closet that is about level with the back of my head. If I hook my underwear to it, it basically pulls me up into my tippy toes and gives me an absolutely massive wedgie. Like really really massive. I will dangle from my little torture hook as often as I can until I work off the time I owe!

Incredibly generous of you to work off your debt, sorry that the interest (Internet) rate is so high it's going to climb higher and higher.
Maybe another even higher hook will be needed, perhaps suspended without ground contact will be worth a bonus rate of x5. ;)
