I have missed this, so I am in for another week
 
@randomperson12 2 hours or you must @ everyone that is currently in (either by @ everyone or @ and then each person something personal) at least once a day until each person has missed it at least once (You don't need to @ people that already missed it once (except if you want ofcourse))

this is a bit confusing worded I know, so if you have any questiosn let me know
