A New Year's resolution was to get more involved in my kink life and community. I went to log in a few days ago for the first time in over a year and found GetDare was no more..A quick search from reddit led me here!
 
I believe snoek told me about it when it was still quite new and it looked really promising, I took a few months break and when I came back it was even better. I love how it's easy to navigate and find stuff and also easy to ask the mods questions since there's a whole thread for that. I don't know butterfly all that well but she did an amazing job on this site. And for bonus points it even has an app!
 
I live in TX and GD got banned. I eventually deleted kik but the other day I downloaded the app again and saw in a group that I'm in that GD got shut down and people were coming here. So I clicked the link and joined.
 
Reddit via asking google for what is the legitimate successor to getdare.
I did not know butterfly over there, but thank you so much!
 
Went to check in on GetDare as I do a few times a year only to find it gone, and ended up here through searching trying to find out what happened.
 
i've been on and off of getdare for years now (sometimes under other names). went to check on the site today and saw that it was down, and a reddit post pointed me here! :)
 
Trying to find out what happened to GetDare led me here. I hope more people find here. Over a decade of chatting on GetDare, I missed it.
 
The way the forums are split up somehow makes way more sense than how GD did it despite it being mostly the same? Idk how else to describe it other than the general "vibe". The site feels more modern but still has a touch of that "classic internet" charm, a perfect balance of the two.

I found out about it via direct reference to it after GD just ghosted its userbase out of left field. I am very thankful there was a landing spot <3
