Hot Potato: Ballbusting

1. Rub deep heat or icy hot on balls and leave on for duration of potato.
2. 10 punches per line.
3. Hang at least 500g from balls for 1 minute per line.
4. 2 jumpink jacks per line with the hanging weight.
5. 20 slaps per line
6. 2 clothes pegs on balls per line for 5 minutes
