Well, I say I'm Hopeful Dom but there are other doms out there, some of which are probably hopeful. I didn't start exploring my kinky side until well into my 20's but I always had an inkling that there was something missing in my life, something involving ropes. In any case although my experience with kink has been halting with a lot of false starts I'm still excited to be here and eager to meet new people.
In my free time I enjoy playing games with friends, which includes both table games and video games. I also like to bake, climb, and read fiction. I'm often the GM for my friends, which may have given me both a flair for the dramatic and a strong 'this is how it will be' voice.
In person I tend to ramble whenever I start talking about something I'm passionate about, which includes but is not limited to: board games (see above), gene therapy, hummingbirds, cheesecake, and eclectic bits of philosophy.
I'm happy to be here and I hope to get to know more of you wonderful people.
