I’m just back from a long weekend away with family, where we were celebrating so I ate and drank A LOT of food that I shouldn’t have!!! I knew I shouldn’t have, and I know the consequences if I don’t hit my goal of 0.8kg lost on Wednesday. But knowing what I ate, I’d be surprised if I’ve managed to lose any weight at all. I just don’t want to think about the consequences.
I told SweetNSpicy before I went, as I wouldn’t have access to weighing scales or reliable internet- we decided that rather than a daily weigh in, it would be more nerve wracking for me to weigh in only on Wednesdays and then not be allowed to stand on scales on any other day. So then I’ll never know if I hit my target for the week or not until the day!
I’m really nervous for Wednesday now!!!!
