Had another orgasm, so that's another +50. (and doubled as well) which means another milestone has been reached.

Never lose hope! xD

I finally made coffee, 5 hours after my first appointment of the day. I doubt it will make me any less of a zombie but maybe it will help me think of new milestone rewards. I could use some help, so if you guys have any suggestions or would like a keyword from my old thread to return as a reward just let me know.
