The twist is that anytime you need to use the diaper, you have to be upside down (for the purpose of the dare and flexibility, this means your diaper has to be higher up than your head, higher is better but stay save).

Collect a glass of spit by drooling into it while gagged. Then after the glass is full, pour it into your mouth and spit it out while looking at yourself in the mirror.

Gag yourself, and tie your hands to your legs, if your happy to be suspended like your avatar do it like that, otherwise just hog tie yourself but do it on a slight slope so your ass is higher than your face. You can not untie yourself until 30 minutes is up
