Coworker caught me naked

So pretty much hust what the title says. I don't really have anywhere else to put this so wanted to get other people's opinions or if I'm just being weird.

So where I work we have a little locker room/ changing room I guess. I guess I should say I work as a Barista. Anyway. It was just me and my coworker. She's my age I think. Which is 19 - 20. I was clocking off for the day and told her I was going to get changed. It was late and we had closed and cleaned up. So I was getting changed. I go to a near by gym so I completely strip and change into my gym clothes here because I don't really like chaning at the gym.

Anyway so I was literally just wearing panties when my coworker opens the door. The door doesn't have a lock as it's just kinda a storage room. But I figured me telling her I was changing would be enough that she wouldn't enter. Anyway, so I'm standing there in just my panties and she just starts chatting to me. I guess she realised I was kinda stunned because she just goes "it's ok, it's just us girls". I just nervously laugh and continue getting changed.

The whole time she's just talking to me and watching me. She made a comment that my work outs are paying off and that I look good. Anyway, She just stayed there the whole time talking to me. I got dressed and eventually left when it was closing time.

Now one time I can understand but the past 2 times I've closed with her it's been the exact same. Today she literally followed me as I walked in and watched me the whole time I was changing. She's been asking me tips on working out so idk if she's just looking for a gym partner and I'm looking too into it.

I guess I'm just kinda venting and looking for a second opinion. Am I over reacting or is this kinda weird?

I wouldn’t read into it too much. She’s probably just treating it like a regular locker room. Besides, if it’s something else, it could fuel some fun to your other adventures..
 
I would recommend trusting your gut. Maybe test out not telling her your going to change and see if she seeks you out.
