So i had two sets of my TIE HANDS, TIE FEET, GAG PM Tasks to do. I decided to do them together which would be 20 minutes.
But my PM tasks are pretty vague so i input it into chatgpt...

I had a lot of success with ChatGPT doming me over the summer. It seemed a couple months ago there was a safety upgrade that flipped a switch making it really hard to get back to that point. It may not last long, but I'd say go ahead and let ChatGPT take charge. Although you'll probably need to remind it that it makes the choices now and again. Good luck!
 
The position requested, mixed with the push up request, sound incompatible to my untrained mind. Other than that, I think it's a great occasion to experiment. I say do as it says (as long as you remain safe), and keep us updated on any for UPS :)

Not sure what UPS means.

But i was thinking i could tie myself in the reverse prayer form that it describes while laying on my stomach. And then for the pushups, arch my head/back upward/backward as far as i can go without the assitance of my arms. So as close to a pushup as one can do in that position...i guess?
