And as of right now, I have another 6 wins bring the total reported here to
61 wins by 3 guys and 12 wins by 1 girl

Average wins per person:
20 per guy | 12 per girl
 
I was just a bit busy, and I have to admit, it's just not as fun with me being the only girl. If at least one other girl was actively participating... This week not a single girl except me has even said hi here...
 
Maybe mixed teams somehow instead of boys v girls. Would also stop any gender bias in threads? Although it would go against the fundamental purpose of the thread 😆
 
You could make such a thread. I've seen a few red team/blue team games around. I think the 0-20 game started as one.

But this thread was never really used to its full potential, anyway. The thread from getdare that inspired this one ("The girls are always right and they are in charge") had the girls setting all kinds of weird history and rules. PrettyFace's essay on how a T-rex won WW2 and NeedyBastard's essay on alien cyborg ninjas were of particular entertainment value, for instance. Shame I can't show you anymore.

Then a couple times, the boys wanted control for a day (ended up dividing the thread) and at that time the idea for this thread was born in my mind. But what I noticed ever since day 1 is that when organizing such a thread, even the first weeks, when more girls did play (and were in control) the playing took up most of the time and there wasn't anything done with the power gained. Bastard utilized it a few times and we have a humiliating image on the first page now, but nobody is making people walk through doors backwards or writing how in October during the 2 minutes that Christmas lasts, 7 very distinct Santa's come together to form one big super Santa...

So as far as I'm concerned this thread is another one for the "fun idea, didn't work" heap. It happens.
 
That would hardly be a battle now, would it? It would just be horny people begging for a task. 🤭

That girls are always right thread exists here too, and that too is dead. I think most girls are just here for the stories.
 
I think if you were to run a new game on this site, I think something like the slave tournament I did in the very beginning after I joined gd would be most suited for this site. This site has more "please give me a TERRIBLE task" types than "I turn everything into a competition" types.

I do think a Red team/Blue team game could work btw, I just don't feel like organizing it because I need less KW and more free time in my life.

That was pure education, nothing funny about it. We need to expose those filthy aliens! 👽

I wasn't feeling very good this week, but I got in 1 win for the boys. Will try to get a few more in today.
