Giving blowjobs to me has never been about getting it done quickly, or even getting it done. A good blowjob is meant to feel great even long before orgasm comes around, and what that means depends on your partner! I never found a technique that works as well on everyone, but generally the more I do the better.
That is, suction, lip pressure, deep motion, tongue action. All that has to be kept in mind at all times.
Little things add to the sensation, like giving the tip an extra swirl with your tongue when on the back end of a stroke, while caressing the shaft when it's deeper inside. Swirling or bobbing your head sideways also helps. Some like soft moans, eye contact while others can't stand it. Not staying fixated on simply blowing is a good idea, too. I tend not to use my hands, that is not on the dick itself, some like their balls fondled while being blown so that is what I then try. Never used toys in a blowjob or lube, but flavored condoms are awesome! I only give blowjobs that way, and still looking for banana flavor. Most comfortable position has to be kneeling on a soft pillow or mat. Not just for the position but if you go at it for a long time your neck is going to hate you. Get in a position where you can leverage your whole body - think of it like CPR but far lower. Of course that does not matter much when your partner is doing the motion.

That has never happened. The neck on the other hand has not liked some of the bopping motion, The answer is simple: Do another motion or do a sensual pause - hold, smile, breath a little, let the air flow do some stimulation.
