It's as simple as it says. If someone gets a Personal Message (PM) with any of their PM-dares mentioned, they will do them for you. It's a simple and easy way to tease or play with someone with something they most likely enjoy, while your brainjuice can't come up with an original task/dare.

If you don't have any PM dares, or don't want to think of any for youself, you just post here. For those of us who already have PM dares, you get to add one.

Once a PM dare has been given to add, the person will have to do it as soon as they have added it to their PM-dares-list. Negotiate any changes via private messages, or adapt any PM dares for you to add so that you are willing to follow through with them.

Now, which PM-dare would whoever is next want to add to my small list? Always stay within the limits of the person above!
Example from one already existing in my case: Add WASH, and you have to wash your face with your pee the next time you pee.

Here are some suggestions:
NOPE X and I am not allowed to use the toilet for the next X hours (set a sensible limit).
DENIED and I am denied for 1 day. Adds up. Can only be sent (find a number) times per week.
POLAROID and I will shake my ass to the song Hey Ya by Outcast.
TWISTER and I will twist my nipples hard and hold them until they slide out of my fingers.

Adapt as you see fit, and make it make sense to you and work for you :)
 
NO TOILET and for the next 24 hours, you are forbid from peeing in the bathroom. Find somewhere else. You can only pee in a location once, then you must pick a different one.
SLAP X and you will slap your balls hard X times(max 20)

Be mean when assigning mine! Don't make them too easy

Orgasm and you’ll have 5 minutes from when you read the dare to cum (without using your hands). If you are unsuccessful, you are denied for 24 hours.
 
Add "Branded X" where X is a body part of the senders choice - you'll write up to 3 words of the senders choice there and leave it till it fades.
 
WET and you will pee for 5 seconds immediately as soon as you read the dare. No matter where you are, and what you’re wearing. (So be careful when checking your pms in public)
