Go to a washroom that's not too busy. Take off all your clothes (you can leave underwear if you want) and put them in the common area. You can hide them behind a trash can if you want, or under the sink. Now to go a stall and edge at least 5 times (there needs to be some pre-cum at least once), and wait for at least one person to come in and out before you retrieve your clothes.
