(I have hesitated to post a new promise, as my last one is still awaiting completion, BUT it’s really time to get in shape and get a nice summer bod, so I will make a rare exception with the additional promise, that I will have my previous promise fully completed by the end of april OR I become a slave to everyone in the community, and you can all send me all the tasks, pics to recreate, and rules you want until I actually HAVE completed it).
So, in an attempt to get my summer bod in shape, I will be making a promise based on naked fitness
I PROMISE that for every comment within the next 1 WEEK, I will be working up to a full workout program consisting of 1 squat, 1 push up, 1 sit up, and 1 second of plank (so, like, if I get 30 comments, the end goal is 30 squats, 30 push ups, 30 sit ups, and 30 seconds of plank in the same day). All done fully naked if inside, shoes and socks allowed if outside. However, that is WAY too simple for these jokers, so here is an extensive set of rules that also apply:
RULES:
The daily reps follow the comments, so day 1 = 1 rep of each type, day 2 = 2 reps, etc.
DOUBLES add 2 days, but only 1 rep, meaning that the rep escalation flattens a bit, but the total period is extended.
PERSONALIZED WORKOUT:
You can customize my rep count if you want me to do more of a specific rep, by commenting where you want to “buy” that rep. So if you comment “+1 sit up, -1 plank”, instead of adding +1 in all categories, you will add 2 sit ups, 1 push up, 1 squat, and 0 seconds of plank. Push ups cost 2 “points”.
INSPIRATIONAL WORKOUT:
If I receive 50+ comments (excluding doubles) = all workouts must be done with lights on and curtains open.
FRESH AIR:
If I receive 75+ comments (excluding doubles) = at least 10% of all workouts must be completed outside, and out of those, 1/5 (rounding down) must be between sunrise and sunset.
FITNESS INFLUENCER:
If I receive 100+ comments (excluding doubles) = no exercises can be completed inside my own apartment (but they must still have light on (or be done under street light if outside after dark).
FAILURE TRANSPARANCY
Every day that the daily goal isn’t met, a selfie with face must be uploaded to EP with randomized settings for each workout type failed.
If one workout type gets behind with more than 10 reps/seconds, 10 reps/seconds are removed from the necessary amount for the rest of the period, but 10 days are also added at the end.
DURATION:
[amount of comments including doubles] days initially.
Continued until fitness goals are met (unless they have been exchanged with extra days).
FINAL RUN:
In the end, a final nude run (above ankles) is completed. 10 steps for every day that exceeded the original schedule.
Very good intention. I like that promise though I know for exercises sgifting between different muscle groups and having recovery days is proven to be ideal.
Also, would have loved to involve some "interesting" exercises like side leg raises, bridge raises mule kicks, plow pose, and cat bear pose shifting. Maybe try them once to understand.
Anyways, I am on vacation so won't be able to post much.
