Okay, so I've only briefly interacted with the site so far...couple of ideas come to mind...

1. When hovering other a persons icon would it be possible to see more of a preview? i.e. Their Bio?
2. I love that you have a roll function in the chat! Is it possible to also have some kind of roll function in posts? Or a heads/Tails function? This could open up some cool possibilities for Forum games :)
 
Oh...and I see you can follow peoples profiles, but is it possible to have Friends here? It's nice to have a friends list to easily find your favourite profiles :)

1. I added all the information displayed on your profile to the hover. Such as gender field etc.

2. The idea of adding the function to posts is possible. The problem with posts is they are editable by design. So if you didn't like the roll you could just change it. With chat it's a bot doing the rolling and their message is not editable.

The idea for followers and following was to replace friends. I could possibly implement it but it's not a small undertaking.

It is on the radar just closer to the bottom because of the work involved. I'm currently rewriting the entire attachments system and working on some new system too.

True about the editing. Let me talk it over with mods and see about adding it.
 
@Bloxo rolls now appear as a BB option button in threads. They don't appear for the initial thread creation post but they do on any reply. Just click the button above and you will get an output like this.

Implementing friends will take hours and hours of work so if it's something we want to do, we want to make sure that it is worth it.

In my opinion followers is more modern. It has been an adjustment for me to switch the "friends" thinking to followers but I think most of the same capabilities are there.

I do like that people can follow me but I don't have to follow them 😂 I always felt bad for not accepting friend requests but I had certain info that only friends could see. I think @Inkwarden is going to work on that being the same for things like albums where only people you follow can see.

So for now I am going to say we aren't planning to switch to a "friends" model unless we can find a list of reasons that make it worth it.

I would find having the two just a redundant and confusing personally.

Amazing! This could be a game changer! Literally!
I’m away for a few days but this feature could allow for some great games on here 😊

Absolutely fair, was just tinkering with ideas and I got 2 out of 3 implemented, that’s more than enough for me :)
 
You're trying with a 6-sided and it shows a 6-sided die. I wonder if it'll show a 6-side die for a D8... 🤔

@Sky it shows a d6 for everything since I didn't really know what to put since it can roll any sided dice from 2-100. It will show the number on the die each time though.
