OK a dare for you:
Go to a clothing srore with your neighbor. (A regular store, not a sex shop, bht it should have sexy/ slutty clothing)
Go into a changing cubcicle with him and give him your clothes to put in a bag and take with him as he picks outfits for you to try on, leaving you naked in the fitting room.
Don't lock the door or if it's one with a curtain, leave it slightly open.
When he comes back with things for you to try on, you will try them on with the door open so he can see - also up to him if he warns you of anyone coming.
Try on at least three different outfits. It's up to you whether you buy any (or your neighbor can buy ones for you).
