Hope the double post isn't a problem, I had a couple more simple ideas I thought might suit you and also one for your neighbour.

1. On a day your family is home (so you can't just shut yourself away), for a whole day, you are not allowed to wear any single item of clothing for more than 20 minutes. You get 1 use at any point in the day where you can wear a single item of clothing for 1 hour, but no other item can be worn until that hour has ended.

2. Tell your neighbour to pick some photos he has of you (max of 5), and those photos will be deleted. However, first, he shall print out 1 of each photo. Then, in public places of HIS choosing, he will hide (or not) the pictures for 24 hours. After that time, you may collect them and see if any are missing. You may, at his discretion, pen out your face in the pictures.
An optional part two of this dare: without telling him this part (not to influence where he places them), for each missing photo, you must reenact the picture in that place and take a new picture to give him. If a full reenactment is not possible (e.g. too public), get a picture as close as you dare.


p.s. You say your neighbour can be involved and based on your Getdare update, that had gone quite the way, but, for the sake of creating appropriate dares, do you have a limit in mind that you are both comfortable with? I.e. is he just an assistant, or is he willing to get involved in some ways, even if just in private?

Maybe due to your co worker situation next time you have a shift with her fully strip naked even your underwear make the excuse that the underwear you wore to work is uncomfortable in the gym and you wear a different type of underwear at the gym

I would lije to dare you to go out when it is raining in only a disposeble poncho.
Go late in the evening when it is dark enaugh for you to be comftreble to a place where there are usualy still people in the evening.
Make shure you have amout 10m of space to walk past some one in the dark if it is needed

If you're still up for some fun dares, I think the riskiness of this one might get you going. It's also a super simple too.

Flash your neighbor and have him take a picture of you naked under a long coat in a restaurant. If you're feeling extra naughty, you can write some dirty words on your body before heading out too.

I imagine being naked with just a coat in a restaurant should already be pretty thrilling. It'll get you warmed up for the flashing part of the dare.
