Do you have a plan for the zombie apocalypse? Do share!
And if not, create one now. Where do you go, what do you do, how do you fend of hordes of the ravenous undead?

I did not, but nerdsniping is strong in this one.

So let us assume I go ahead and prepare myself, then I start with:
Tech:
A toughbook, filled with as much knowledge as I can amass as well as a service tracking as many trackable things as possible for as long as possible.
Two universal power adapters and enough wiring to jerry-rig to just about anything that can deliver a voltage
A high-end SDR, ideally integrated or equally rugged.
A gazillion little flashlights.
Flexible solar panel.

Equipment:
A shark suit / full-body chain mail
A good length of rope
Various first-aid, outdoor, survival stuff I have in my bag anyway

Enough food and water for at least two months. Together with purification pills, supplements, that sort of stuff.

Phase 1:
Now when it happens the first thing I need is information - what causes zombies, how do they move, what about their senses, do they starve, are they intelligent? How does the world at large respond, is there any reasonable expectation of help, a cure?
In the first hours / days infrastructure at large probably will remain somewhat operational, so I make the best use of it by gathering as much data as I can while ascertaining details for the next phase

Phase 2:
I take shelter. Depending on what I learned that will either be at home, a (not so) nearby cave, a bunker, a sturdy basement. If I have to move out, provisions become a problem so my main activities will be focused around getting those. I wait for a somewhat stable state to form, that allows me to make plans for long-term survival. I set up radio communication, look for fellow survivors, while continuing to investigate the nature of the zombie outbreak.

Phase 3:
This is when I work on long-term survival. Cure, eradicate, wait out, isolate - whatever has been deemed fruitful is what I am going to partake in. They may all starve and eliminate themselves, it may be feasible to eliminate them all, or perhaps someone has come up with a medical solution. Perhaps a larger organized group managed to secure enough land mass with tight enough borders to form a new civilization, and slowly drive the remainder out.

What is important throughout:
I will not fight them unless absolutely necessary - do not waste energy or risk a close encounter.
We must work together as much as possible. If people cannot understand that fully then we are all doomed.

My plan is to simply be the first wave of zombies before people fully grasp the situation. I have no intention on surviving any apocalypse but definitely want to be an OG zombie
