Fried rice (with pieces of two different spicy red pepper and pieces of green onions) with sauted green beans (with garlic)
Another egg sandwich containing tomato, olive oil on it, lettuce, a fried egg, a spreadable cheese mix that has spring onions and parsley, and the one in the photo which was for someone else had an additional piece of square cheese (Sir's toy doesn't like that, hers doesn't have it)

Today I cooked some mince beef with some chunky cut onions, peppers, mushrooms and a tin of sweetcorn

It is surprisingly tasty, and brings back memories of my Grandad cooking it for me

It's stuffed with a bourbon wild rice and venison sausage and the peppers i grew my self

I had some mashed potatoes, green bean and onion salad, and my special mad scientist style microwaved turkey bits. Involved a great amount of garlic
