The 40 rules I have to follow

These are the rules that my owners and I have come up with over the years and that I have to follow.

Ownership

• 01) Fully accept that you are consensually owned by your Master.
  - You will show your Mistress the same respect as your Master, even in disagreement or distress.
  - This is what you've always wanted, you have asked for this and chosen this way of life.
• 02) Remember that you are a well-trained pet (Dog).
  - Good dogs are obedient. Obey all rules, tasks, and instructions, within established hard limits (which are always respected).
  - If there are any concerns about limits, bring them up respectfully for discussion. Otherwise, don’t think, don’t worry, just obey.
• 03) Always wear at least two marks of ownership. One has always to be visible or at least detectable.
  - Your collar is the first of these marks and you will always wear it, except when swimming, showering or having a bath.
  - Your pubic hair is the second of these marks. You are absolutely forbidden to shave / trim or alter it in any way.
  - Your VCH-piercing is the third mark. If you lose your fur you will present it whenever requested.
  - Your nipple piercing and clit ring are not a sign of your ownership. They serve other purposes.

Self Care

• 04) Always take good care of your Masters property (this includes you).
  - Each day you will take your birth control pills on time, eat healthy meals, drink at least 1,5 litres of water, get enough sleep and get some exercise to stay fit.
  - You will keep our home clean according to your cleaning schedule.
• 05) Keep yourself clean.
  - Especially after using the toilet. Have a shower twice a day and a bath every week.

Submission / Punishment

• 06) Every morning and evening you will offer yourself for inspection.
  - Monday – Friday at 6am and 6pm
  - Saturday and Sunday / on holidays and during vacation at 8am and 8pm.
  - You will have a shower before these inspections.
  - Random inspections can happen any time.
• 07) You have no privileges that cannot be taken away.
  - Everything considered as "human" is a privilege.
  - See revoked privileges at bottom.
• 08) You have no privacy from your Master or your Mistress.
  - If you need to use the toilet you will let them know, so they can take you on a walk.
  - If they are not home, you will call them so they will tell you which designated pee-area you will use.
• 09) Your body do not belong to you.
  - You can be used however, whenever and wherever your Owners decide.
  - You don't have a hole that can not be penetrated.
• 10) Your dignity does not belong to you.
  - You can be humiliated in any way your Master and Mistress choose, no matter if it harms your relationships with others.
• 11) Every mess you made on the floor have to be licked up.
  - No, it doesn't matter what kind of mess you made.
• 12) If you fail to meet expectations, you have the entitlement to be properly punished.
  - The punishment will be adequate and fitting your misdemeanour.
  - It will be carried out as soon as possible.
• 13) You will not touch the tools needed for your punishment with your hands.
  - Carry them with your mouth, like a dog would.
• 14) You will be thankful after being punished.
  - Your Master only has the best for you in mind, he corrects you because he cares about you.
  - He would rather have a good pet instead of punishing you.

Orgasms / Edging / Denial

• 15) You must not cum, ever.
  - Always remember that you choose this fate, it has been your ultimate fantasy.
  - Your cunt can get stimulated in any manner, sexual or otherwise (punishment), but under no circumstances you will be permitted to get any sexual relief.
  - If you get close to orgasm you will inform your Owners so that they can take appropriate measures.
• 16) A ruined orgasm is still an orgasm.
  - It doesn't matter if you don't gain pleasure from it, you'll get severely chastised.
• 17) You may tell your Owners how desperate you are, but you will not complain.
  - Complaining will result in “pain-edges”
• 18) You will get edged at least 100 times per week.
  - It will increase by 50 edges each year
  - Keep in mind that this is the bare minimum. There is always room for more, but not for less.
  - You will keep track of your weekly edges. If you fail to tell the correct amount you start again.
• 19) There must be a maximum of 12 hours between two edges.
  - You will keep track of the time and politely ask to be edged BEFORE the time is up.
• 20) You will be kept in chastity for the rest of your life.
  - Every day you get a maximum of 120 minutes to get proper washed, inspected and for your anal meditation.
  - Every hour, besides that, which you're not in chastity will result in a spanking of 10% of your mandatory weekly edges.
  - You will switch your chastity belts every evening.
• 21) You will always have your emergency key nearby.
  - You will keep it in the sealed envelope and show this envelope every time requested, at least every morning and evening.

Anal Training

• 22) You're living anal-only.
  - Your anus is your only fuckhole and your Master put great effort in training it.
  - You will keep your fuckhole clean and supple.
• 23) You will receive an enema every day.
  - Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday are "big enema"-days for you.
  + You will get your bowels filled as much as you comfortably can to keep yourself clean inside.
  - All other days are "small enema"-days.
  + You will get 500ml to keep your fuckhole clean
  - When receiving an enema, look at yourself in the mirror.
  - You will hold it in as long as you comfortably can.
• 24) You will wear your butt-plug-tail in the presence of your Owners.
• 25) You will wear a plug of your Masters choice when you leave the house.
  - You will NEVER leave the house without something in your ass. It doesn't matter where you go.
• 26) Every day you will do at least 30 minutes anal meditation.
  - On “big enema”-days you will use the slink to stretch your insides and train your sphincter.
  - On every other day you will sit on the cone to centre your awareness on your ass and your submission.

Clothing

• 27) At home you are not allowed to wear any clothes.
  - When having guests your Owners can allow an exception. If none is given and:
  + the guests know what you are, you will behave accordingly to your role and rules given.
  + the guests don't know what you are, your Owners will decide how or if you meet them.
• 28) Always undress in the vestibule before entering the house.
  - It doesn't matter how long or short you stay.
  - If you are with others, and they know what you are, you will act according to your role and rules given.
• 29) You will wear the clothes chosen by your Owners
  - It doesn't matter if you think they are inappropriate. This goes especially for the swimsuit your Owners chose for you.
  - If you have to leave the house unplanned, you will use the clothes from the cabinet in the vestibule and inform your Owners.
• 30) You are not allowed to cross your legs or allow your knees to touch (except when sleeping) unless you have permission.

Posture (in private / with people who know what you are)

• 31) You are a dog and will behave like one.
  - You will stay on all fours most of the time. Standing and walking on your hind legs will be strictly limited.
  - You will sit on the floor, furniture is for people. Also, your dripping cunt will ruin the leather.
  - You will ask for permission to speak by barking once.
• 32) When your Owners return home, you will sit at the door and greet them.
  - If your Owners bring guests, you will greet them accordingly.
• 33) Every meal will be eaten from your bowls on the floor.
  - It will be served in your feeding area and you won't use your hands.
• 34) You will sleep in your doghouse in the dungeon, unless otherwise instructed.
  - The bed in the dungeon is NOT your sleeping place.
  - If you are invited to the bedroom you will sleep in your doggy bed.
• 35) Everyone has a higher status than you.
  - You will treat our slave with respect.
  - You will treat our guests with utmost respect.
  - When talking to someone, you will address them as “Sir” or “Madam”. If more than one person is present you may add their name.

Posture (in public / with others)

• 36) You will not embarrass your Owners by behaving inappropriately.
  - Otherwise you will be embarrassed as well.
• 37) When talking with others, you will keep your head down.
• 38) If somebody notice that you are a submissive you will thank this person for noticing.
  - Remember, a stranger is only a person that don't yet know what you are.
  - You will only do so when you are comfortable with the person knowing.
• 39) When walking, you will always walk half a step behind your Master.
  - If Mistress walks behind him, you will walk behind her.
• 40) When sitting somewhere and your Master enters the room you will stand up.
  - Then you will greet him and wait until he sits down before sitting down next to him.
