Hi friends,

I am wanting a way to keep myself accountable. I don't have a Dom currently (I would love to have one but the search isn't going amazing) and was thinking that maybe a sticker chart would work well. But I was wondering if you had advice on how to do that for myself rather than having a person checking in on me and providing the rewards and consequences.

Have you done something like this before? How did you set it up?
