Giving Semi public nudity challenge

As a start if you're new to public nudity, do several days walking nude near windows at home then progress to several days or more walking nude outside your home. Safety is key.

Once you feel confident enough, walk nude outside at night either round your house or through a field behind your home if you have one.

Simple:

1. go to a store dressing room.
2. strip completely naked
3. put your hands on your head and turn around 3 (5?) times
4. get dressed and leave
5. EXTRA: do 100 strokes before first turn around, and then after every one including the end. Remain chaste of course.
