Here is a task for you!

For 24 hours you will wear your plug as much as you can. Every time you need to use the bathroom, you will remove the plug and put it in your mouth. You will then stick your head in the toilet bowl while you flush. Then you may put your plug back in.

If you are not able to keep the plug in for a longer period of time, you will instead deepthroat your dildo while using the bathroom instead.
